I know - I'm a sad Blogger

I know - I need help. I haven't posted since June of 2007. I'm going to try again, let's see how long it lasts.


Here's a little re-cap of our summer. The Grausteins moved to Georgia this summer - taking with them some of our best friends. Below is a picture of Abby (left) and her best friend Sarah. They have been little buddies since the womb. Abby misses Sarah so much and still tells me so on a regular basis.

Andrew's best friend Anna was also in that family. He has been convinced he is going to marry her since he was about three. Right before they moved he said that he didn't think he could marry her because he'd have to drive ten hours to take her on a date. His heart is still hers.

This summer we made the 12 hour drive to St. Simon's Island, Georgia to visit the Grausteins. Jen put up with us for 5 days. Six kids - 5 days and 100 degree heat! She is a trooper. I can't seem to find my pictures from St. Simon's but here's one of Abby at the beach - which is only a few minutes from the Graustein's house! Talk about luxury living.

Here are some pictures from my most favorite place in the world - Uncle Tom & Aunt Debbie's river house down on the Potomac. I love it there. We read useless novels, play in the water, drive the golf cart and the best thing about it - the kids hardly fight! It's bliss.

Hopefully, I'll post again before a year goes by...
